The Roots of Creativity

Creativity was a part of my childhood, nurtured by my mum’s crochet skills and my dad’s artwork. I explored various crafts—quilling, embroidery, sketching, painting, and jewellery making—never imagining these pastimes would shape into a fun business.

Finding purpose in hobbies

Adulthood led me to the corporate world, but art remained my escape. I balanced meetings with sketchbooks, shared my skills with others, and embraced creativity through travel. Becoming a mum deepened my connection to art, and I found joy in minimalist sketching and painting, inspired by our adventures.

Start of Olive Leaf

Encouraged by loved ones, I began gifting my handmade creations, later selling at craft fairs. As interest grew, a friend’s simple push—“We need an online store!”—led to the birth of Olive Leaf, a brand celebrating nature and handmade artistry.
