We use **Razorpay** as our payment gateway, which securely processes transactions. By purchasing from our website, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service. We do not store or process your credit/debit card details directly.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping location and product availability.

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their handmade nature. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images to request a replacement or refund.
