REFUND POLICY

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns, only for orders dispatched incorrectly. The amount for the same will be refunded

- Return Eligibility

- The product must be unused and in its original condition.

- Returns must be initiated “within 7 days” of delivery.

- Refunds will be processed after deducting reverse shipping fees in cases of failed deliveries or incorrect addresses. This can take anywhere between 7-14 business days from date of return

Non-Refundable Situations

- Delays due to external factors (courier issues, weather conditions, or unavailability of the recipient).

- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled

- We do not offer refunds for delays beyond our control.
